Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your SewMamaBear sewing pattern purchases. If you’re not satisfied, we offer the following returns and refund options:

Digital Sewing Patterns:

Non-refundable: Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds on digital sewing patterns once they have been downloaded. Please review the pattern details carefully before purchasing.

Physical Sewing Patterns:

Returns: You may return an unopened physical sewing pattern within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. The pattern must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned pattern, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for processing.
Damaged or Defective Patterns: If you receive a damaged or defective physical sewing pattern, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the pattern or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

How to Return a Physical Sewing Pattern:

Contact us at clare@sewmamabear.co.uk to request a return and receive a return address.
Pack the pattern securely in its original packaging.
Ship the pattern back to us using a tracked shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different pattern, please return the original pattern for a refund and place a new order.
