The Ally Shift Dress is a wonderfully simple wardrobe staple, whether dressed up or down and regardless of the season she’s a seriously versatile little number.

In 2 length options with bust darts at the front and waist darts at the back she’s the perfect amount of fitted with a back zip and optional in seam pockets too.

This Dress could pretty much be made in anything…
My best advice is to start with a medium weight woven fabric such as a cotton, linen, chambray or lawn but you could try it in something drapier such as a viscose/rayon or silk or a heavier fabric such as canvas/denim for a winter version.
